At the Pearl, we offer you several amenities all together in our two-story luxury clubhouse. Need a pick me up? Grab a coffee or hot chocolate at our complimentary coffee bar in our kitchen area. Relax for a bit at one of our two seating areas or reading nooks complete with televisions and bookshelves (with books you can borrow).

Maybe you need to have a private meeting – rent out our conference room, perfect for in person or remote work meetings. Stop by our work from home café filled with natural light, an abundance of outlets, and just steps from all-you-can-drink coffee. For a bit of fun, play some pool at our billiards table or the handful of board games we offer. Have a glass of wine from the wine cooler while you decompress. Don’t forget to pick up your deliveries at our secure package room.

Outside on our clubhouse patio, The Watch, we offer dining tables that can be reserved for groups and hanging swings that overlook a serene view of Lynnhaven Bay. Relax and watch the sunset next to one of our two firepits or have a drink with neighbors and friends or cook up some yummy burgers or hotdogs at our grilling area. We refill the propane, just bring the food.

All inside clubhouse furniture is done by CID Design Group grabbing inspiration from the ocean and offering a nod to the surrounding area. The outside patio furniture is Serena and Lily.
